We're now opening opportunities for self-employed Associate Agents to partner with one of our established branches. This model is ideal for motivated individuals with lettings or property experience who want to earn more, work flexibly, and build their own local portfolio - all while being powered by Let Correct's proven systems, marketing support, and national brand.

The Role



As a Let Correct Associate, you'll operate as an independent agent within your local territory, responsible for building and managing a small portfolio of landlords. You'll deliver a hands-on, relationship-led service supported by our branch team and head office.

You'll have complete flexibility in how you work, while benefiting from expert guidance, processes, and technology that help you win and retain clients.

Responsibilities



Grow your own portfolio of landlords and rental properties through local outreach, networking, and relationship building. Carry out rental valuations and present the Let Correct offering to prospective landlords. Provide a high-quality service throughout the lettings process, from property preparation to tenant move-in. Support property inspections, viewings, inventories, and routine management tasks (your branch will provide operational support where needed). Create accurate and appealing property listings with support from our marketing tools. Keep on top of market trends, rental pricing, and local demand. Build strong client relationships that drive referrals and long-term business. Maintain accurate records and follow Let Correct's compliance standards.

What You'll Need



Experience in lettings, property management, estate agency, or similar customer-facing roles. A people-first approach and a commitment to delivering great service. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivation, discipline, and the ability to manage your own workload. Local area knowledge. Confidence using basic tech tools (CRM, marketing platforms, Apps, etc.).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance

Pay: 25,000.00-60,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
