Self-Employed Real Estate Broker - Prime & Super Prime London
deverellsmith are representing a leading London Real Estate Brokerage operating across the Prime and Super Prime London market.
We are seeking to speak with experienced Estate Agency professionals from either Sales or Lettings who would be interested in exploring a Self-Employed Broker model with one of the most respected prime brokerage brands in London.
This opportunity is well suited to established agents who are consistently fee-generating and looking to increase their earning potential while benefiting from the strength, reputation and infrastructure of a top-tier brokerage.
The opportunity:
Self-employed broker model
Commission earnings of up to 70%
Representation under a highly regarded Prime & Super Prime London brand

The ideal profile:
Proven experience within Estate Agency (Sales or Lettings)
Strong track record of billing and client relationship management
Knowledge of the Prime or upper-end London residential market
Professional, self-motivated and commercially minded
