About the Role

An extremely rare opportunity has arisen for an ambitious

Senior Sales Negotiator

to join Oakham's leading independent Estate & Letting Agent.

You will be part of an award-winning, close-knit team, working alongside motivated professionals in a supportive and professional environment. This role offers the chance to work with both sales and lettings, delivering exceptional service to vendors, buyers, landlords, and tenants.

Key Responsibilities

Negotiate property sales on behalf of vendors. Conduct professional and informative property viewings. Manage the sales process from offer through to completion, ensuring an outstanding client experience. Compile all necessary documentation required by legislation for property sales and lettings. Prospect and communicate with potential clients both in person and via telephone. Generate new business opportunities and maintain long-term client relationships.

About You

Proven experience in

Senior Sales / Negotiator roles

, ideally within Estate Agency (training and support available from day one). Self-motivated, commercially minded, and results-driven. Professional attitude with pride in delivering excellent service. Strong communicator with consultative selling experience, both in person and over the phone. Positive mindset, confident, and able to create and maintain sales opportunities. Full UK driving licence required.
