Property Marketing Consultant

, you'll play a key role in generating new instructions, building relationships with local homeowners, and creating exceptional marketing campaigns that help properties stand out in the market.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and potential clients. Generate new business opportunities through local canvassing, prospecting, and referrals. Conduct property valuations and secure new instructions. Oversee property listings, ensuring contracts and compliance standards are met. Produce professional marketing materials including photography and property descriptions. Promote additional services such as conveyancing and mortgage solutions. Ensure all marketing activities adhere to brand and regulatory standards. Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an exceptional customer journey.

About You

Previous

estate agency experience

with a proven record of success. Strong communication skills with a confident and professional approach. Proactive, driven, and target-oriented with excellent attention to detail. A team player with natural leadership potential. IT-literate, with basic Microsoft Office skills. Committed to providing exceptional customer service at every stage.

Full UK driving licence (manual vehicle required).
