Key Responsibilities

Conduct accurate market appraisals and secure new property instructions. Provide tailored marketing advice to clients to help achieve successful sales. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers. Generate new business opportunities and increase local market share. Match buyers with suitable properties, supporting them through to completion. Contribute to branch performance through proactive teamwork and leadership.

About You

Proven experience converting valuations into listings within estate agency. Motivated, target-driven, and confident in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Professional, proactive, and customer-focused attitude. Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (insured for business use). Legal right to work in the UK.

On-Target Earnings:

40,000+ (including uncapped commission)
