About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced

Estate Agency professional

to take ownership of their own local area -- while enjoying the backing and support of one of the UK's leading property brands.

As a

Valuation Partner

covering

Woodbridge and the surrounding area

, you'll act as the key representative of the business locally. You'll build your profile, generate new business, and deliver outstanding service from valuation through to completion.

With full operational support from a nearby hub office, you'll have everything you need to succeed -- from marketing resources and admin support to industry-leading technology.

This is a

Key Responsibilities

Conduct property valuations and convert appraisals into new instructions. Develop the company's presence across Woodbridge through targeted canvassing, local marketing, and community engagement. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and key local contacts. Oversee each transaction from valuation through to sale completion, ensuring an exceptional customer journey. Collaborate with the nearby hub office for negotiation, sales progression, and administration support. Proactively drive growth and achieve personal and branch-level performance targets.

About You

Minimum 4 years' experience in

Estate Agency

, ideally with strong listing and valuation experience. Proven track record of business generation and instruction growth. Entrepreneurial and self-motivated, with excellent time-management skills. In-depth understanding of the

Woodbridge housing market

and surrounding areas. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. A proactive, confident, and customer-focused approach. Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required.
