You'll be responsible for growing and developing the company's profile in

, from targeted marketing and lead generation to valuations and instructions. With access to a nearby super-hub office, you'll benefit from dedicated sales progression, administration, and marketing support -- allowing you to focus on winning business and delivering outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities



Local Market Leadership:

Build and strengthen the estate agency's presence within Wivenhoe through networking, canvassing, and targeted marketing activity.

Valuations & Instructions:

Conduct professional market appraisals and convert leads into listings, ensuring properties are effectively presented to achieve the best results.

Client Relationship Management:

Provide a high-touch, consultative service from valuation through to completion, maintaining exceptional communication throughout.

Business Growth:

Proactively generate opportunities through local engagement, referrals, and community involvement.

Collaboration:

Work closely with your nearby hub office -- supported by negotiators, administrators, and sales progression specialists -- to ensure seamless customer journeys.

Personal Brand Building:

Promote your reputation and grow visibility as the go-to estate agent in your area.

What We're Looking For



Estate Agency Experience:

Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in valuations or listing roles.

Local Knowledge:

Must be based in or very close to

Wivenhoe

and have strong knowledge of the local property market.

Entrepreneurial Drive:

Ambitious, proactive, and motivated to build your own success.

Customer-Focused:

Dedicated to providing an outstanding, personalised service.

Tech-Savvy:
