As a
Valuation Partner
covering
Kesgrave and the surrounding area
, you'll act as the face of the business locally -- driving valuations, winning instructions, and delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish, with the full operational backing of a nearby hub office.
Key Responsibilities
Lead property valuations and convert appraisals into new listings.
Build and develop your local market presence through canvassing, networking, and targeted marketing activity.
Manage relationships with vendors and buyers throughout the sales journey, from valuation to completion.
Work closely with the regional hub office team (negotiators, sales progression, and admin support).
Make data-driven decisions on local marketing, business generation, and community engagement.
Deliver consistent results in line with performance targets and service standards.
About You
Minimum
4 years' Estate Agency experience
, ideally with proven success in valuations and listing generation.
Entrepreneurial, motivated, and confident working independently.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong understanding of the
Kesgrave property market
and surrounding localities.
Results-focused with a passion for customer service and brand reputation.
Full UK driving licence
and own vehicle.
