Salary: (based on experience) Competitive basic + bonus scheme

We are a traditional yet forward-thinking estate agency in Mid and South Wales looking for a confident and motivated Estate Agent/Valuer to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct property valuations and market appraisals with accuracy and professionalism Generate new business through proactive lead generation and prospecting Build strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and landlords Negotiate offers and close property sales and lettings Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market Ensure exceptional customer service at all stages of the sales/lettings process Use property systems and online portals effectively to manage listings and leads
What We Are Looking For:

Proven experience as an Estate Agent, Valuer or in a similar sales role Excellent communication and negotiation skills Confident, self-motivated and results-driven personality Strong knowledge of the local property market Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle RICS/NAEA qualifications (desirable but not essential)
