Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. Achieve sales targets by proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of product offerings and industry trends. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for enhancing sales performance. Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a sales role is preferred but not essential; a strong desire to learn is key. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers. Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport quickly. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to think on your feet. Basic computer skills for maintaining records and using sales software. A positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to work well under pressure. A keen interest in the products being sold, with a willingness to learn more about them.
