The Glenrothes is one of Edrington's prestige global malt brands. A key aspect of our global development is the recruitment of HNWI - our client relationship and experience programme are central to this. Our Estate in Rothes is one of our most effective means of engaging the whisky connoisseur. It is comprised of the distillery, surrounding private land and Rothes House. Reporting to the Global Marketing Manager - this role is accountable for the implementation the Estate experience:


Leading the day-to-day requirements of the Estate experience, including receiving and triaging reservation requests from across the business, spearheading pre-visit comms and guidance Organising external catering requirements for client visits as required Preparing breakfast and refreshments throughout the day as required Ensure marketing literature, posters, etc are updated regularly and distributed to all local key attractions and tourism centres Support VEM to attend local and other events and represent the Highland Park brand to consumers and trade customers Managing and communicating the daily, weekly and monthly schedule with the Estate team colleagues Coordinating with Global team to ensure strategic objectives are being met Inputting individual visit notes and observations to PCRM platform Supporting the onsite development and build of new client facing experiences at the Estate and helping to source best in class suppliers to deliver them where appropriate

To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate strong leadership, planning, and delivery skills, along with excellent time management and organisational abilities. Effective communication and presentation skills are essential, as is the capacity to juggle competing demands, prioritise tasks, and work collaboratively across functions while managing multiple stakeholders and clients. A high level of resilience and the ability to work autonomously are also key. You should hold an HND or Degree-level qualification in Hospitality or possess equivalent relevant work experience. Financial awareness and sound budget management experience are important, as is an appreciation for and ability to work effectively with people from diverse cultural backgrounds. A high level of competency in food and beverage preparation is required, and it would be desirable to have knowledge of the operational requirements for maintaining a large house, as well as familiarity with whisky and/or fine wines and spirits.
