The Job

We are seeking a skilled maintenance operative to join our team in maintaining the outdoor areas of our property based on the Windsor/Bucks border. The ideal candidate will have experience with hand tools, power tools, and maintenance works.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine grounds cleaning including leaf blowing and removal, litter pickup, and pathway clearing. Removal of leaves & debris from lakes around property Operate and maintain gardening tools and machinery such as mowers, strimmers, and other handheld tools Assist in outdoor repairs and maintenance work as well as installations General painting including fences & outdoor buildings Building of flatpack furniture Ensure all grounds work is completed with safety and environmental considerations. Collaborate with other grounds staff and team leaders to coordinate maintenance schedules. Report any damage, hazards, or issues requiring repair to the appropriate personnel. Basic horticultural skills and ability to maintain flowerbeds and shrubs through regular trimming, pruning and watering. Telehandler License desirable
Requirements

- Previous experience in groundskeeping, maintenance or a similar role

- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance

- Strong attention to detail in all tasks related to grounds maintenance

- Easy going can-do attitude is essential

- Ability to turn your hand to any tasks required in order to facilitate the needs of the owner and other departments.

- Car driver essential due to necessity to drive work vehicles.

- Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

- Shift pattern: 10 hours per day with 1 hour paid lunch break, 1 weekend off in 4, 5 days per week.

Pay: 31,750.00-36,750.00 per year
