Cowdray is a historic and vibrant rural Estate in the South Downs, home to British Polo and a wide variety of unique properties and businesses. We are looking for an experienced

Estate Quantity Surveyor

to join our Works Department and play a key role in the conservation, maintenance, and development of our properties and assets.

What you'll do:

Estimate and manage costs for maintenance and construction projects Oversee budgets, contracts, and financial management Work on a wide range of properties, including historic and listed buildings Ensure compliance with planning, building regulations, and health & safety Support projects from concept to completion, maintaining the highest standards

What we're looking for:

Degree (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Building Surveying, or similar 5+ years' construction industry experience Strong skills in estimating, contract administration, and project management Experience working with historic buildings and conservation techniques Excellent communication, IT, and organisational skills Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
