We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading UK operator in purpose-built accommodation for a proactive and detail-focused
Estates & Facilities Administrator
. This role is based on-site in Leicester, supporting the national Estates and Facilities team.
You'll be part of an Estates and Facilities Team responsible for ensuring buildings maintain long-term asset and lifecycle programmes whilst complying with relevant legislation. The role provides exposure to diverse stakeholders across internal teams, residents, service partners, and regulatory bodies, offering excellent professional development opportunities.
Key responsibilities
Assist in administration and coordination of day-to-day Facilities Management delivery across the estate
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Estates & Facilities Director and Head of Property Services
Coordinate effective maintenance services and manage building maintenance, stock supply, and services
Support management of specialist and technical Service Partners ensuring contract compliance
Administer asset and compliance policies whilst maintaining Health and Safety procedures
Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance in compliance with FM contract delivery
Requirements
Relevant built environment or administrative qualification with professional experience
Proven administrative support experience in a Facilities Management environment
Experience of property management administration in residential or commercial contexts
Knowledge of compliance and regulatory issues relating to property, construction, and facilities
Detailed understanding of Health and Safety regulations
Strong decision-making ability with effective analytical and problem-solving skills
