We're looking for an experienced construction project management professional with a background in building surveying and architecture to join us!



You will commission and lead on project management for both minor and major projects within the Estates team and will ensure the delivery of a compliant, high-quality, safe, efficient, and cost-effective capital programme. The Trust has several projects identified in its portfolio, and you will collaborate with the Director of Estates and wider team to develop and implement our strategic development plans.



You will deliver high-quality outcomes and communicate effectively with technical, clinical, and management professionals both within the Trust and externally.



About You



Master's degree, or experience and level 6 degree in Architecture / Architectural technician.



Experience in Architecture design or Construction or Estates building surveyor.



Working knowledge of project management applications.

Reporting into the Director of Estates, your responsibilities will include:



Provide advice to the Estates department and the wider organisation to ensure the reliability and efficiency of building procedures, ownership models, fabric, and services.



Have specialised knowledge in areas such as building design, construction, and building services.



Write detailed technical specifications for building, construction, and engineering projects.



Have expertise in cost management and building surveying for projects in preparation for tender.



Conduct risk assessments and implement necessary actions identified through the assessment process.
