Estimator & Procurement Coordinator
to join our team in the garden studio and glamping industry. This role is responsible for preparing accurate costings from drawings, checking orthographic drawings before they are shared with customers, sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers, and managing procurement to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities
Estimating & Costings
Read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation. Prepare accurate cost estimates, bills of quantities, and supplier price comparisons. Provide quotations for bespoke garden rooms, glamping pods, and outdoor modular structures.Check and review orthographic drawings for accuracy before sending to customers.
Procurement & Buying
Negotiate, and manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.Project Support
Recommend alternative materials or suppliers where cost, quality, or lead time can be improved.Skills & Experience
Proven experience in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
Demonstrable experience in procurement, buying, or supply chain coordination.
Experience in checking technical or orthographic drawings for accuracy and presentation. Knowledge of construction materials, joinery, and/or modular building components. Excellent negotiation and supplier relationship management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel in particular) Highly organised with strong attention to detail.What We Offer
