As the company continues to grow, an excellent opportunity has arisen up for a full time, permanent Estimator to work in New Basford, Nottingham
The successful candidate will need to have a background of working in Construction.

Your day at Cummins & Co would include:

Responsibilities:

Produce accurate quotations for new build, extensions, loft conversions, refurbishments, and property developments Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing Interpret drawings and specifications to prepare cost breakdowns Assist with proposals and tender documents Assign various tasks to team members that relate to the completion of various housing projects. Be able to adapt and react to last minute changes, finding solutions when there appears to be none secure reliable and competent contractors to undertake work

Essential and desirable qualifications and experience required for the role.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a construction Estimator (residential preferred) Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail Basic Excel skills or estimating software knowledge Full UK driving licence for occasional site visits. Must be eligible to work in the UK.
