Responsible primarily for delivering Application of Number and Communication Essential Skills Wales qualifications to a quality and timed plan and working with internal and external care organisations including managers and department heads.
You will need:
Evidence of level 3 Application of Number and Communication or equivalent
A good level of education and demonstrate good literacy and numeracy.
A relevant teaching qualification or be prepared to work towards one.
Experience of teaching or training adults (Desirable).
A relevant Practitioners Qualification.
Understanding of assessment or experience of delivering accredited programmes.
Confidence in delivering learning using digital technology.
To be able to deliver hybrid learning (face to face and online) where relevant or be willing to undertake further training.
Excellent communication skills and be able to deliver innovative and creative learning which engages and challenges your learners.
An understanding of the needs of adult learners and an empathy for vulnerable learners.
A willingness to undertake further training as required.
Attention to detail when record keeping is essential.
Welsh Speaking (Desirable but not Essential).
Additional information DBS Check Required and registration with Education Workforce Wales.
A clean valid driving licence.
