As a Software Analyst in our ADAS/AD middleware integration team, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between developers and business stakeholders, in order to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software to major automotive manufacturers. You will have the following responsibilities:

• Understanding and analysing project requirements, and clarifying customer needs
• Refining work items and writing technical specifications to support the work of developers
• Proposing technical solutions for product features and proof-of-concept demonstrators
• Reviewing software designs, code and tests to ensure quality and consistency
• Supporting the Product Owner and Team Architect in steering the technical work of a cross-functional Agile team

Qualifications

• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle, ideally as a former developer
• Good working knowledge of C++ and Linux
• Strong analytic abilities
• Ability to suggest a clear and consistent technical solution to a business problem
• Excellent communication skills including clear written English
• An adaptable attitude with the ability to thrive in uncertain situations

It would be advantageous if you also had experience of the following:

• Experience of the automotive / ADAS domain would be useful
• Knowledge of embedded software development on multi-core SoCs
• Programming in Python
• Knowledge of the ASPICE framework

Interview Process: * 30 minute phone screening call with one of our hiring managers via Microsoft Teams

• 2 hour second stage virtual technical interview with a hiring manager, technical interviewer and a member of the HR Team. Ahead of this interview we will ask you to complete two coding challenges. We do not use these coding challenge to accept or reject candidates, only to get a rough idea of your abilities, and to provide some material for a technical interview.
