ETRM Technical Lead

ETRM or Energy Trading and Risk Management is an area dominated by huge multi-national companies.

Right now we are looking to speak to ETRM Managers/ETRM Technical Leads- people with techno-functional skillsets focused around the implementation and the day-to-day operations revolving around ETRM platforms like Endur.

The Business:

• An energy trading business that has been steadily scaling in an industry dominated by archaic brands.
• Less than 300 people globally, providing ample opportunity for you to make an impact here in the UK.
• Venture into renewables. Oil and Gas serves a purpose but renewables are the future- beyond fossil fuels, this business is finding innovative ways to trade in renewables.

The role:

• Designing ETRM Roadmaps.
• Managing L3 support issues on the ETRM platform (Endur)
• Delivering enterprise projects- developing project plans and managing project scope.
• ETRM/Indur configuration and maintenance.
• Managing globally distributed team of analysts and developers.

Experience Needed

• Technical Experience: Scripting/JVS/Java for Endur
• A breadth of experience gained across Banks, Trading Houses or Utilities within Commodity and Energy Domain.
• Extensive knowledge of energy trading and risk management (ETRM) systems and business processes, including; trade exchange integration, trade capture, trade valuation, confirmations, invoicing and risk reporting.
• Proven management experience, able to manage a team of business analysts and developers across multiple sites.
