We process thousands of orders per week through our high-performance warehouse and live Whatnot streams. As we expand to multiple streaming accounts and longer operating hours, we're building a team that's lean, fast, and built to scale.

About the Role:

We're hiring a hands-on, proactive Evening Fulfilment Supervisor to lead our warehouse team during the late shift. You'll be responsible for managing a team of warehouse assistants and shippers from 3:30PM to 11:30PM, ensuring live-stream orders are fulfilled accurately, quickly, and to brand standard.

This role is not just about oversight -- it's a boots-on-the-ground leadership position. You'll be packing orders, leading from the front, and keeping the evening fulfilment engine running smoothly.

While the contracted hours are 3:30PM-11:30PM, initial shifts may finish earlier (e.g. 10PM) during the onboarding phase while we transition in overnight security coverage. Full salary applies from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the evening fulfilment team (warehouse assistants & shippers) Ensure all stream orders are picked, packed, and processed efficiently Assist in hands-on packing and quality checking of outgoing orders Organise and structure workload for evening staff (task assignment, pacing) Receive handover from day team and prep warehouse before 5PM shift start Communicate with streamers and other departments during active streams Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and team discipline throughout the shift Produce brief daily handover or status update for the Operations Manager Lock up the warehouse (after training & trust period), ensuring security and alarms are properly activated

About You:

Proven experience in a warehouse, fulfilment, or logistics leadership role Comfortable managing small teams and working in a fast-paced, high-output environment Hands-on -- you'll be picking, packing, lifting and leading by example Organised with strong attention to detail Tech-comfortable (able to work with order systems, label software, Slack) Reliable and professional

Shift Pattern:
