Clean and prepare guest rooms to the five star hotel standards Restock amenities and linen as needed Report any maintenance issues or lost property Follow health and safety procedures, including COSHH and manual handling Ensure corridors and service areas are tidy at all times Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally Work efficiently and collaboratively with the wider housekeeping and front office teams
