We are seeking a

dedicated and reliable Evening/Night Production Operative

to join our dynamic team. This role is essential to supporting daily production activities while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

You will be responsible for carrying out your assigned tasks in line with daily production plans and ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues. You will work under the direction of the

Key Responsibilities:

Perform assigned production tasks efficiently and accurately. Operate various production line equipment safely and competently. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace in line with health and safety protocols. Conduct basic quality control checks. Complete production paperwork accurately and on time. Ensure the production of safe, legal, and high-quality products. Follow all company policies and procedures. Immediately report any issues to the QA team or management. Undertake any reasonable task as requested by management.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a food production, manufacturing, or factory environment is preferred. Basic Food Hygiene Training required; knowledge of HACCP is desirable.

Must not have a peanut or tree nut allergy

- peanuts are roasted and handled on site. Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely. Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality. Self-motivated and able to work well both independently and as part of a team. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities or tasks. Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance. A Forklift licence and experience are desirable.

Hours of Work

Monday - Thursday 16:00- 02:30

Breaks:

Two 30-minute unpaid breaks per shift

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to 15.66 per hour

Expected hours: 42 per week
