Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operative to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating machinery and assembling food products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals.

Food Production Operative - The Role:

Follow work instructions and recipes to complete your tasks Picking and packing products Work as part of a team to make sure everything runs smoothly Use food production equipment safely Work on different production lines Fill out quality and safety paperwork Make sure our products meet quality standards
Food Production Requirements - The nature:

Working standing up for large portions of the shift Due to the noise within the production wearing ear plugs may be required Picking up and moving heavy items
Food Production Operative - You:

Previous experience in a similar skilled role Ability to speak and understand English Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks Physically fit and able (a large amount of manual handling is required) Flexible with your work duties
Two potential shifts:
Monday to Thursday 8pm to 4.15am and Sundays 6pm to 4.15am or
Monday to Friday 6pm to 2.15am.

Minibus transport to and from work is available for individuals living in Penrith only.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 15.78 per hour
