Role Overview



Elle-Events Management is seeking a highly organised and proactive Event Administrator to provide essential office-based support for event planning and execution. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in administrative tasks, enjoy working behind the scenes, and want to develop their skills in the events industry. You will work closely with the Event Manager and Founder to ensure all operational and administrative details are managed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities



Research & Planning Support:

Conduct venue, supplier, and logistics research to assist with event planning.

Documentation:

Develop risk assessments, event orders, and other essential planning documents.

Administrative Coordination:

Organise and manage all administrative tasks for the Event Manager, ensuring key details are finalised ahead of each event.

Social Media Support:

Assist in creating and scheduling social media calendars to promote events and campaigns.

Diary Management:

Maintain and update calendars for the Event Manager and Founder, ensuring smooth scheduling.

Data Management:

Update enquiry trackers and maintain accurate records of client and supplier communications.

Charity Campaign Support:

Coordinate volunteers and assist with charity-related event logistics.

Corporate Gifting:

Coordinate seasonal gifting campaigns (e.g., Christmas) for corporate clients.

Ticketing & Systems:

Set up and manage ticketing systems for workshops and events.

Procurement:

Place orders for event materials and consult with suppliers as needed.

Executive Assistance:

Function as a personal assistant to the Founder, supporting with ad-hoc tasks and strategic projects.

What We're Looking For



Strong organisational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media scheduling tools. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. An initiative-taking, meticulous approach with a problem-solving mindset.
