Driven by a passion for delivering exceptional experiences, we are seeking an Events Administrator to provide vital administrative support to our Event Management team, helping to ensure PalmerSport maintains its position as the world's leading driving experience.


As an Events Administrator at PalmerSport, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth and successful delivery of our high-end motorsport events through 2026 and beyond. Recognised as the world's leading driving experience provider, PalmerSport is renowned for delivering exceptional experiences to its clients. In this role, you will work closely with the Events team, contributing to the coordination and administration of multiple aspects of our events.

Duties will include:

Providing administrative support to the Events team Assisting the Event Managers with specific preparation and set up Preparation, distribution and collation of event paperwork Raising purchase orders and invoices Consulting with the PalmerSport Event Co-ordinators based at Southwater regarding special guest requirements Liaising with other operational areas of the business, including catering, facilities, workshop, sales and finance Maintaining a user-friendly filing system (both electronic and paper based) and archiving where required

For this role you must have / be:

A confident communicator both via phone and email Educated to at least A-Level or equivalent Willingness to go the extra mile for clients providing them with the best service possible Strong Outlook, Word & Excel skills Impeccable attention to detail

This is a full time permanent position, which will fulfil working 42.5 hours a week Monday to Friday. Throughout the summer, flexibility to work up to two Saturdays a month will be essential to ensure you are onsite for our weekend events. Due to the nature and location of this role a full UK driving licence will be essential.
