We need someone who enjoys organising, can work independently and is excited to support a small but mighty team.

Rob, Claire, Matt and Gid manage operations and deliver events alongside a team of freelancers. As our workload continues to grow, it's time for an

admin superstar

to join us and lighten the load--so we can focus on what we do best: creating incredible events for our clients.

You'll be someone who:

Loves improving processes and bringing order to busy environments Is happy juggling tasks. Communicates brilliantly with clients, charities, freelancers and the team Brings positivity, solutions and enthusiasm to the role Is comfortable working alone at times and in a busy office at others Enjoys working for a small business and getting stuck into "a bit of everything"

Key Responsibilities



Provide day-to-day administrative support including, inbox organisation, scheduling and document creation

Assist with event planning, booking sub-contractors and logistics, managing schedules and tracking details Co-ordinate freelancers and ensure they have all required information for events Manage accommodation and travel bookings Help to introduce and maintain new systems and processes to improve efficiency Maintain organised digital systems across Google Workspace Carry out general PA support for the team.

Experience & Requirements



Essential:



Strong administrative experience Excellent communication skills Competence with Google Workspace (or willingness to learn) Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Enjoyment of customer-facing interactions

Desirable but not essential:



Experience implementing new systems or working in a process-driven environment Experience in events or project coordination Basic marketing or social media experience Comfortable using both Macs and PCs
