Social Media Manager - International Events (Remote/Hybrid)

We're looking for a Social Media Manager to take charge of our event brands across multiple countries -- bringing unforgettable experiences to life online.

About the Role

We host large-scale public events across Europe and beyond -- and we're looking for someone who can translate that energy and emotion into a powerful online presence.

As our Social Media Manager, you'll oversee all social media channels for our events, create and execute content campaigns, and manage influencer collaborations to grow awareness and engagement across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage a global social media strategy across multiple event pages and countries. Create, schedule, and publish engaging photo, video, and story content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms. Build relationships with influencers, content creators, and local ambassadors, negotiating and arranging collaboration campaigns. Coordinate with the marketing and event teams to ensure all online promotions match upcoming event schedules. Monitor engagement daily -- respond to messages, comments, and tagged posts in a warm, professional tone. Stay up to date with trends, hashtags, and platform updates to keep our content fresh and relevant.
Requirements

Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or events (international experience is a plus). Strong skills in content creation, copywriting, and short-form video editing. Confidence using Photoshop, Canva, Meta Business Suite, TikTok, Instagram and analytics tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (German, French, or other European languages a plus). Comfortable managing multiple pages and campaigns across different countries and time zones. Ability to work independently, proactively, and creatively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience

Background in events, entertainment, tourism, or lifestyle brands. Experience with influencer outreach and collaboration management. Understanding of performance marketing and engagement analytics.
