We are expanding our services to Birmingham and building a new on-site team based in the Jewellery Quarter. Role Overview


We are seeking a full-time

Event Coordinator

to support the planning, organisation, and delivery of events in Birmingham and the surrounding area. The role is on-site and requires an organised, detail-focused individual who can coordinate multiple projects and maintain effective communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities



Assist in planning and delivering a range of corporate and community events. Coordinate logistics, including venue arrangements, supplier bookings, and schedules. Liaise with clients and suppliers to ensure smooth event delivery. Prepare event documentation, timelines, and budgets. Support on-site setup and event operations. Collaborate with the Leeds team to ensure consistent standards and processes.

Requirements



Minimum of 2 years' experience in event coordination, event management, or a similar role (required). Strong organisational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Full-time availability and willingness to work on-site in Birmingham. Immediate start available.
