We're looking for a Marketing Events Coordinator who brings creativity, precision, and passion to every project. You'll be responsible for planning and delivering engaging events -- from trade shows and product launches to webinars and educational programmes -- that showcase our brand and connect with key audiences.

What You'll Do

Plan, coordinate and deliver a wide variety of events, including trade shows, product launches, webinars and training programmes. Act as the main point of contact at events -- overseeing setup, delivery, and breakdown. Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align event activities with wider business goals. Manage logistics, vendors, and budgets to ensure every event runs seamlessly and within cost targets. Develop event marketing materials and campaigns (digital and print). Track and analyse post-event data to measure success and identify improvements.

What You'll Bring

Degree or equivalent professional experience in Marketing, Events Management, Business, or a related Proven experience within a marketing and/or events environment. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication. A creative eye for detail and design. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, Mailchimp) is a plus. Experience delivering hybrid or virtual events (e.g. Zoom, Teams). Able to travel to different business locations and events, including some domestic travel and occasional international travel involving overnight stays.

Pay: 27,000.00-31,000.00 per year
