We have offices in Gatwick, Brighton and London, UK; Montpellier, France; Singapore and Chicago, US. In line with the Company's current Agile Working Policy, the successful candidate would be eligible to work part of the week from our Gatwick offices and to work remotely for the rest of the week.

We are looking for a highly organised and creative Event Manager to join our in-house team. Working at the heart of an international luxury brand in food, drink and travel, you will be responsible for planning and delivering exceptional events that showcase our brand values and delight our global audiences.
This role requires a balance of operational excellence and creative flair, ensuring each event is meticulously planned, flawlessly executed, and reflective of the luxury standards our brand is known for. From intimate receptions and exclusive dinners to large-scale award ceremonies and thought-leadership conferences, you will bring our brand to life through truly unforgettable experiences.
What you'll be doing:

  • Planning and managing a broad range of events within a week long event programme (B2C and B2B), from concept through to on-site delivery
  • Working closely with Content, Marketing, Partnerships and PR teams to ensure objectives are met
  • Overseeing event, timelines, supplier contracts and reporting
  • Leading on venue sourcing, supplier negotiation, and production management, ensuring high-quality delivery in line with brand standards
  • Curating guest journeys and experiences that reflect our luxury positioning, including hospitality, entertainment, and design elements
  • Supervising on-site event operations, ensuring smooth execution and best-in-class brand presentation
  • Coordinating international events and activations, adapting plans to local markets while maintaining brand consistency
  • Monitoring event performance, capturing feedback and providing post-event evaluation to inform future planning
What you'll need:
  • Proven experience in event management (ideally within luxury, lifestyle, or hospitality sectors)
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects across different time zones
  • Creative eye for detail and a passion for curating memorable brand experiences
  • Excelling communicator with strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging with VIPs, senior executives, and external partners
  • A willingness to travel internationally
