Main Street is a boutique event agency delivering strategic, creative, and production-led events for global brands across sectors including tech, finance, legal and automotive. We're a small, ambitious team trusted by senior stakeholders to lead and deliver flagship activations, retreats, summits, and experiential campaigns. We're growing fast and looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
The Role
We're looking for a highly organised, proactive Event Manager to join our core team and help deliver world-class events from concept through to execution. You'll work directly with senior clients and our in-house and freelance team to support multiple projects across the UK, US, and Europe.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong agency or in-house event background who is ready to step up, own projects, and grow with the business.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end event project management with support from senior leads
Client-facing role: join calls, manage timelines, lead on logistics
Own venue sourcing, supplier liaison, production coordination, and budget tracking
Travel internationally to support onsite delivery as required
Create clear show flows, briefing documents and run-of-show plans
Work across multiple events simultaneously and maintain calm under pressure
Work closely with the Operations Director to maintain systems and workflows
Who You Are
3+ years experience in event project management (agency or client side)
Comfortable owning logistics and delivery with limited handholding
Confident communicator with strong attention to detail
Able to travel internationally, including solo travel and time onsite with clients
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving start-up environment
Collaborative, positive and adaptable with a hands-on mindset
Nice to Have (But Not Essential)
Experience working on international events
Experience in production and AV terminology
Experience in events CRM eg. Cvent, Bizzabo, Swapcard etc.
Experience using project management tools (e.g. Monday.com, HubSpot, or similar)
