Event Manager

Are you a sociable and confident Event Manager wishing to join a unique, fun-loving and dynamic team? This role will be varied and exciting, travelling to, attending and delivering events across the country and working with high profile corporate clients.

Event Manager Responsibilities

This varied position will include:

  • Driving to and setting up event installations
  • Attending and delivering high profile client events
  • Providing a first-class customer service experience
  • Working closely with the wider sales & marketing, production and operations teams
  • Event logistics planning

Event Manager Experience

Our client is seeking an energetic work ethic and team player approach to this role. Ideally, you would have worked in a similar events environment previously and be comfortable driving across the country and being away overnight as required for events that are further afield. This role requires you to possess strong professional communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and honed organisation and customer service skills. You will be experienced working on events from set up to delivery including getting everything where it needs to be and facilitating first class experiences for corporate and high-profile clients. You will liaise with freelance Event Managers and support with the logistics planning for their events as well as your own and so previous \xe2\x80\x98event logistics\xe2\x80\x99 planning experience would be an advantage. You will have demonstrable client management experience and be IT savvy.

Location

Our client\xe2\x80\x99s offices are located in Oxfordshire, and you must live within 45-minute drive of OX44 and have a full UK driving licence. You must be prepared to work unsociable hours in order to attend and manage events for clients but in return will get to work with a never seen before company at some exciting venues.
