Our client is a professional membership organisation as well as an award-winning central London conference centre, event, and wedding venue. They are now recruiting for an Events Operations Coordinator to join their events team on a permanent basis, this will be a hybrid role with 2-3 days in Central London per week.

The Events Operations Coordinator will provide support to events operations staff with the administration of their events to ensure a positive delegate experience. These will include conferences, lectures, seminars, corporate functions and meetings and other events with up to several hundred attendees. This role will also have responsibility for managing its own small portfolio of events (seminars, lectures, and webinars).

We are looking for someone who is excited to take this fantastic opportunity on and has some experience in events administration now looking for the next step up. We are looking for candidates with:

  • Strong organisational skills
  • Communication skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • A great team spirit
  • An understanding of current events and delegate registration processes
  • Experience sourcing suppliers/venues
