Job Title: Event Operations Specialist/Manager (Video Platform)
Objective:
Plan and execute large-scale online/offline marketing campaigns, festival events, trending campaigns, and community initiatives for a video app platform. Drive user engagement, participation, brand influence, and core business metrics through impactful activations.
Core Responsibilities:
Event Strategy & Planning:
Identify user needs and market trends to design innovative, viral campaign concepts (themes, mechanics, rules, incentives, and promotion plans) aligned with platform goals.
Develop detailed proposals, execution plans, and budgets.
Execution & Project Management:
End-to-end campaign execution: coordinate cross-functional resources (design, tech, marketing, content, BD), track progress, mitigate risks.
Manage campaign page content, configuration, QA, and launch.
Oversee production and distribution of online/offline campaign assets.
Promotion & Virality:
Design integrated promotion strategies across channels (in-app placements, push notifications, emails, social media, communities).
Implement user-driven viral mechanics (e.g., referrals, shares).
Performance Tracking & Analysis:
Define KPIs (participation rates, interactions, new users, engagement lift, UGC volume).
Optimize campaigns in real-time using data insights.
Conduct post-campaign reviews, analyze results/user feedback, and document learnings.
Resource Management:
Oversee budgets and incentive allocations for maximum ROI.
Requirements:
Experience:
3+ years in digital campaign operations, with a track record of independently managing large-scale online events (video/community platforms preferred).
Skills:
Creativity & User Insight: Ability to design novel, high-engagement campaigns.
Project Management: Expertise in coordinating cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.
Communication & Execution: Strong stakeholder management and delivery focus.
