As an Event Operations Supervisor, you will support and supervise the Events Operations Team as well as assist with the coordination of every last detail of your assigned event. Your tasks will include but not be limited to:
Oversee all aspects of your assigned event or function.
Coordinate with the event organiser so guest needs can be met accurately.
Provide support, training, and guidance to team members and other managers.
Assist in conducting pre-shift and pre-function meetings
Ensure standards are maintained and well as all polices and procedures relating to FB within Meetings and Events
Proactively come up with suggestions to ensure all events are a success.
Continuously improving service by communicating and assisting individuals to understand and anticipate guest needs, deliver training, guidance, feedback, and individual coaching when needed

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Ideally 2 years experience in a Supervisory role within Banqueting/Meeting and Events.
