We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic Event Sales Staff Members to join our team for various weekend events around Liverpool and the North West. This role involves engaging with customers, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Team members will also be responsible for setting up and packing down the stall at the start and end of each day.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers in a warm and professional manner, promoting and selling products.
Provide detailed product knowledge and advice to customers.
Process cash and card transactions efficiently and accurately.
Assist with the setup of the sales booth before the event starts and pack down after the event ends each day.
Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive display throughout the event.
Monitor stock levels and assist with stock replenishment.
Address any customer inquiries, issues, or complaints promptly and with a positive attitude.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure the stall runs smoothly and customers have a great experience.
Requirements:
Prior experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Must be physically able to help with setup and pack down, including lifting and moving items.
A proactive and enthusiastic approach to engaging with customers.
