The Role

As an Event Supervisor, you'll be at the heart of the action -- leading teams, coordinating logistics, and keeping operations running smoothly from start to finish.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role across weekdays, evenings, and weekends, depending on the event schedule. You'll travel to events across the UK, so flexibility, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and manage your team on event days Supervise Car Park Attendants, Event Stewards, and Traffic Management Operatives Act as the main on-site contact for clients and team members Maintain health & safety standards at all times Manage operations efficiently under pressure Provide post-event feedback and reports to management

What We're Looking For

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide (transport provided) Previous experience in events, stewarding, traffic management, or operations Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proactive, reliable, and able to work under pressure Flexible approach to working weekdays, evenings, and weekends
