The Role

We're looking for an

Event Supervisor

to support the delivery of our luxury sample sale events, acting as a frontline leader across the shop floor. You'll guide teams, uphold our service and visual standards, and ensure every customer enjoys a seamless and premium experience.

This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic retail or event environment. You'll support rota coordination and creation, assist with onboarding new team members, and contribute to training and development across the wider event team.

You'll work closely with our Event Managers to deliver high standards, smooth operations, and a consistently elevated customer journey.

What You'll Do

Lead teams across event zones (front of house, fitting rooms, tills, stock, replenishment). Deliver and uphold luxury-level customer service and presentation standards. Support rota planning by flagging availability, staffing needs, and operational requirements. Assist with recruitment activities, including trial shifts and onboarding new staff. Contribute to on-the-floor training, coaching new and temporary team members. Maintain accuracy in tills, stock processes, ticketing, and queue management. Keep your area organised, efficient, and safe, ensuring a smooth customer flow. Confidently handle customer queries and escalate where needed. Support event setup, packdown, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

Experience in retail, hospitality, or events, ideally in a premium or fast-paced environment. Confident guiding teams and setting high standards. Strong communicator with a friendly, engaging, and professional approach. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Positive attitude, adaptable, and calm under pressure. Passionate about luxury service and operational excellence. Interested in developing training, leadership, and coordination skills.
