The Role: Live Event Supervisor



We're hiring

Live Event Supervisors

for an immediate start. This is a senior frontline role within one of our busiest event zones, and weekend availability is essential.

As a Live Event Supervisor, you will manage the flow of guests, support the team on the ground and ensure your zone operates safely, smoothly and in line with the wider event plan. You'll be the first point of escalation for operational issues and play a critical part in maintaining high standards throughout the day.

This role suits someone confident managing live event spaces, staying calm under pressure and making fast, informed decisions when plans shift.

Macclesfield (In Person)

Contract:

Part-time, Temporary, Fixed-term or Zero Hours

Pay:

17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities



Oversee day-to-day operations of a high-footfall event zone Lead, support and motivate the frontline team during live sessions Manage guest flow and ensure a safe, controlled environment Spot risks early and take action to resolve or escalate Keep communication clear with wider event and operations teams Maintain a high-quality guest experience and keep the atmosphere positive Handle minor incidents and guide families confidently and professionally

What We're Looking For



Experience in live events, attractions, hospitality management, leisure, or similar Strong operational awareness and confidence managing guest movement Excellent risk management and quick decision-making skills Comfortable interacting with families, children and large groups Calm under pressure with the ability to stay one step ahead Experience leading teams in fast-paced environments Reliable, adaptable and comfortable with active, long shifts
