As an Event Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the delivery of daily services with small team and supervising the preparation for the delivery of upcoming events. The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising and leading colleagues and previous experience in the hospitality industry. The candidate is expected to have good attention to day and work to high standards.

Directing a small team of FOH assistants, leading by example Briefing a small team of FOH assistants on the daily business and requirements Following and maintaining given standards Time management for daily services Delivering services to the given standards Creating daily kit preparation lists and job lists for a small team of FOH assistants Independently planning daily set-up priorities Open and closing of the building, following given standards Reporting requirements for stock ordering Preparation of kit and suites to required standards Checking completion of daily set-up and correcting as required Handling communication via the Duty manager Phone Ensuring the completion of daily paperwork Independently delivering smaller events and conferences confidently Supporting with quarterly CCG counts
