Events Supervisor

to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our clients.

About the Role

Work in some of Belfast and Northern Irelands iconic venues hosting gala balls to sporting events, ministerial lunches to VIP receptions, special occasion parties, awards ceremonies and more.

As an Events Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

Leading and supervising event staff during live events. Ensuring the smooth running of operations from set-up to close. Acting as the main point of contact for staff and assisting with client queries on-site. Maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism. Supporting event managers with planning, logistics, and team briefings.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

Full driving license and own means of transport. Previous experience in events, hospitality, or team supervision. Strong leadership and communication skills. The ability to remain calm and adaptable under pressure. A proactive, hands-on attitude with great problem-solving skills. Reliability, professionalism, and excellent customer service skills.
