About Us



Seal's Cove is a vibrant and fast-growing family entertainment venue featuring soft play, an indoor climbing wall, an immersive Viking Village, and soon our new restaurant. We run a wide range of events - from craft sessions in soft play and kids' movie nights, to corporate Christmas parties, live music, and community events.

We're looking for a creative, energetic Events & Admin Co-ordinator to help shape, organise, and deliver our events across the entire site while supporting our teams with essential admin and system tasks.

Job Overview



This is a hands-on, people-facing role where you'll plan, organise, and support events across Seal's Cove: soft play, climbing, the Viking Village bar and games, and the new restaurant. You'll set up kids' activities, assist with family events and help bring themed evenings and entertainment to life.

Alongside events, you will also provide essential administrative support, such as managing bookings, using venue software (including Roller), updating event information, processing enquiries, and ensuring smooth communication across departments.

You'll work closely with our wider team and with our marketer, who will promote the events you organise. This role is ideal for someone confident, organised, tech-savvy, and great with people.

Key Responsibilities



Plan and deliver events across all Seal's Cove attractions. Create fun and engaging ideas for children, families, and adults. Help run soft play craft sessions and mini activities. Support setup for weekend and evening events (soft play, climbing, Viking Village). Liaise with DJs, bands, entertainers, and external partners. Maintain an events calendar and keep all teams updated. Provide marketing with accurate details to promote upcoming events. Manage bookings and enquiries using Roller (training provided). Update event information and schedules across relevant systems. Assist with reporting, attendance sheets, ordering materials, and general admin. Ensure e?cient communication between departments. Help develop simple processes to keep events organised and consistent.

Qualifications & Experience



2-4+ years in events, hospitality, leisure, tourism, or similar. Experience planning or running workshops, activities, or small events. Confident working with families and children. Experience with admin tasks and digital systems (e.g., Roller, booking software, calendars, spreadsheets). Strong people skills and ability to collaborate with multiple teams.
