Duties
Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations
Provide outstanding guest services, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Assist in upselling services and products to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to guest interactions and administrative processes
Coordinate fundraising activities and events, ensuring all logistics are handled effectively
Collaborate with team members to improve organisational efficiency and service delivery
Utilise strong organisational skills to manage schedules, appointments, and office supplies
Requirements
Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel environment is highly desirable
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent organisational skills to maintain an orderly work environment
Proven experience in guest services within the hospitality sector
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and team members
Experience in fundraising initiatives is a plus
