About the Role
We're looking for a creative and driven individual to join our growing hospitality group as an Events & Marketing Assistant.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about marketing, events, and food to work across a diverse range of brands and projects. You'll work directly with our Directors, supporting everything from event catering to digital marketing and brand development.
You'll be involved in the marketing and event delivery for all of our brands:
WILD Farm Restaurant - Berkhamsted
The Grocer - Old Amersham, Hemel Hempstead (with our bakery), and a new site in Pinner High Street
Daisy's in the Park - Pinner
The Cafe in the Park - Rickmansworth Aquadrome & Cassiobury Park
Wild Farm - Radlett
Key Responsibilities
Work directly with the Directors to deliver brand and marketing projects.
Plan and co-ordinate events - from baby showers to corporate dinners.
Manage event bookings, communication, and client relationships.
Support with menu design, reformatting, and printing.
Attend cook-offs and tastings (some may be held in the evenings).
Work hands-on at events and pop-ups, ensuring brand presentation and guest experience are of the highest standard.
Produce and co-ordinate marketing materials - including social media, website content, signage, uniforms, and packaging.
Visit sites regularly to review in-store branding and marketing consistency.
Create and proofread copy for campaigns and tender documents.
Develop simple marketing plans around key dates and product launches.
Research new trends and creative ideas in hospitality and food.
Provide general administrative support such as meeting coordination and note taking.
About You
1-2 years of experience in a marketing or events role (or a motivated graduate).
Creative, proactive, and passionate about food and hospitality.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Confident working independently and managing multiple projects.
IT literate - ideally experienced with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and WordPress.
Flexible to work occasional evenings/weekends for events and cook-offs.
