Key Responsibilities

Assist with the planning, setup, and execution of live events Liaise with suppliers, venues, and clients to ensure seamless coordination Provide on-site event support including registration, logistics, and troubleshooting Manage event materials, inventory, and equipment Support post-event reporting and feedback collection Work closely with the events manager to ensure deadlines and budgets are met

What We're Looking For

A positive, adaptable team player who loves organisation and people Previous experience in events, hospitality, or administration is preferred but not essential Strong attention to detail and great communication skills Comfortable working under pressure and thinking on your feet Willing to travel to event locations as needed
