Duties
Organising and maintaining physical and digital files to ensure easy retrieval of information
Data entry and updating records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks software
Supporting team members with administrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency
Handling general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, and mailing documents
Experience
Proven office experience or administrative experience in a professional setting
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
MUST have experience with canva.
