We are an ambitious start-up offering weddings, events, and Airbnb stays in a one-of-a-kind heritage property. We're looking for a proactive, organised, and creative
Property & Events Coordinator
to join our small but passionate team and support the day-to-day running and long-term growth of the business.
You'll work closely with the founders, two live-in staff members, contractors, suppliers, and our wider support teams to ensure guests enjoy an exceptional experience--while helping shape the future of this exciting new venture.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Guest Relations
Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries across Airbnb and other booking platforms
Manage and update all listings across sales channels, optimising pricing to maximise occupancy
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, partners, and local businesses
Support sales initiatives across weddings, events, and overnight stays
Operations & Property Management
Oversee open days, guest check-ins, and check-outs
Create and manage task lists for cleaning and maintenance teams
Coordinate general contractors and ensure the smooth running of the site
Prepare invoices, track payments, and manage financial admin through Xero
Maintain Health & Safety, fire safety, compliance, and maintenance records
Order supplies, track stock levels, and manage budgets for consumables
Recruit, coordinate, and support cleaning staff
Manage staff rotas and schedules
Collaborate daily with the two live-in staff members responsible for property care
Marketing & Social Media
Create engaging visual content using
Canva
Plan, post, and respond across company social media channels
Support advertising campaigns and brand-building initiatives
About You
Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
Confident working independently and as part of a small, close-knit team
Skilled in Canva and comfortable with digital tools (Airbnb, booking apps, Xero, social media)
Strong communication skills with a guest-focused attitude
Comfortable liaising with suppliers, contractors, and service providers
Creative thinker with an interest in hospitality, weddings, events, or property
Willing to adapt to the needs of a fast-growing start-up
Full UK driving licence is essential
Willing to work shifts, including some
weekend work
, depending on event schedules
What We Offer
Salary: 27,000 - 33,000 depending on experience
28 days holiday (including bank holidays)
