The Events Executive plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional, experience-led events across all London sites within PU Group. Reporting to the Senior Business Development Manager, this role is responsible for converting enquiries into memorable guest experiences through thoughtful planning, seamless coordination, and authentic relationship-building. Acting as a brand ambassador for Permanently Unique Group, the Events Executive ensures that every event embodies the creativity, precision, and hospitality excellence that define our venues. By connecting people, product, and process, this role contributes directly to the commercial success and continued reputation of our London portfolio as leaders in luxury dining and bespoke event experiences.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Process:
Manage event bookings from enquiry to execution, ensuring all details are captured and communicated effectively.
Ensure proficiency of system usage across all teams.
Coordinate and host client show rounds, highlighting venue features and capabilities.
Create detailed function sheets and BEOs (Banquet Event Orders) for internal distribution.
Liaise with all relevant departments -- kitchen, bar, front-of-house, operations -- to ensure smooth event delivery.
Conduct pre- and post-event evaluations, reporting outcomes and recommending improvements.
Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and guest satisfaction.
Profit:
Respond to client and colleague enquiries promptly, converting leads into confirmed bookings through proactive, personable communication.
Negotiate contracts and packages to optimise revenue while maintaining exceptional service standards.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across venues and experiences.
Maintain accurate financial and booking records to support forecasting and reporting.
Support the Senior Business Development Manager in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
Product:
Maintain an expert understanding of all event offerings, menus, and experiences across Tattu London and Fenix Mayfair.
Work closely with the management and HQ teams to tailor bespoke event packages that reflect each venue's identity and client preferences.
Ensure every event reflects the Permanently Unique standard of excellence, with attention to detail in presentation, service, and delivery.
Continuously propose creative ideas and enhancements to elevate event quality and guest experience.
People:
Act as a brand ambassador for Permanently Unique Group, embodying our core values of creativity, excellence, and warmth.
Foster strong working relationships with colleagues across departments, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
Support and mentor new team members, promoting a collaborative, high-performing culture.
Attend and contribute to team meetings and briefings, sharing insights and feedback to improve performance and guest satisfaction.
Build lasting relationships with clients through genuine, professional, and attentive communication.
Promotion:
Champion and communicate all Permanently Unique event offerings internally and externally. #
Support marketing initiatives and collaborations by providing content and insights from event activity.
Represent Permanently Unique Group at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities as required being an ambassador for the brand.
Share success stories, guest feedback, and event highlights to promote brand visibility and excellence.
General:
Ensure all employees comply with the personal grooming policy.

Skills Experience
Previous experience in event sales, coordination, or hospitality management, ideally within luxury or premium dining.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with a warm, guest-focused approach.
Excellent organisational ability and attention to detail.
Confident in multitasking across multiple venues and priorities.
Proficient in CRM and event management systems. A proactive, positive attitude with a drive to deliver exceptional results.
