Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

Operations Manager

to oversee the planning and delivery of our nationwide events. This role is central to keeping events organised, financially on track, and fully aligned across venues, marketing, bookings, and suppliers.

You'll be responsible for advancing events with venues, coordinating internal teams, managing forecasts and P&Ls, and ensuring all operational elements are delivered smoothly and on time.

Key Responsibilities

Advance events with venues, managing all operational and logistical details Act as the main point of contact between venues, marketing, and bookings teams Liaise closely with the Head of Marketing to align event readiness, on-sale dates, and content requirements Work alongside the performer and DJ booker to support artist logistics and scheduling Forecast event revenue and build/manage event P&Ls Monitor financial performance and flag risks or opportunities early Order and manage content from external suppliers (photography, video, design, production) Ensure all suppliers deliver on time, on budget, and to brand standards Support smooth delivery of multiple events running simultaneously
Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience in event operations, event management, or live events Strong organisational and planning skills Experience managing budgets, forecasts, or P&Ls Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
Desirable Experience

Experience working with DJs, performers, or touring talent Experience working with marketing teams and content suppliers Knowledge of nightclub, live music, or large-scale event environments
